Every year, much of our field is set aside for making sure we've got all the right ingredients for the best pizza ever - plenty of heirloom paste tomatoes, a rainbow of peppers both sweet and hot, tons of basil for those margarita pizzas, more basil and garlic for pesto, red and yellow onions, broccoli, kale, and many other more obscure ingredients that we guarantee are just as delightful as their summer counterparts - sweet potatoes, winter squash, and potatoes! And of course the hard-working herbs: thyme, rosemary, sage, and oregano… and did we mention basil?
NEW: Please email or call ahead and make a reservation! We have been reaching our capacity each pizza night and have needed to turn people away. To avoid this, we highly encourage making reservations. We will start taking pizza night reservations by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) on the Wednesday before pizza night. We will start taking reservations by phone (952-649-9813) on the Thursday before a pizza night.
Also, please consider alternatives such as taking your pizza home, to a park, or the beach! We will have a spot for you to drive up and away you will go...pizza smells wafting through your car.
Check our event calendar for 2019 pizza night dates!
Location: The Borner Farm Project, 1266 Walnut St, Prescott WI, 54021
Times: We take orders starting at 3:30pm through 8:30pm. If you can, come early or late. We will no doubt be turning people away during peak hours.
What We Serve: Each hand-made pizza is about 11”. We charge by the pizza. Our pizza menu features both traditional and inventive flavors and reflects the season; pizzas are refined and delicate in the spring, wild and colorful in the summer, and warm and satisfying in the autumn. We also serve delicious farm-fresh appetizers, seasonal desserts, and drinks; non-alcoholic options, as well as local beers and a selection of wines.
What to Bring: Please bring your own picnicware, utensils, blankets, chairs, and/or tables! Because of regulations we ask that folks don’t bring alcohol onto the farm. Please leave your pets at home!
Parking: If you can, please walk, bike, or carpool! Please do not use residential driveways as turnarounds. Drop off guests at the farm before parking your vehicle in one of the following locations:
