This honey is produced locally from happy bees just south of Prescott.  The bees are kept on a ridge line overlooking where the St. Croix and Mississippi rivers converge.  It's located in a pine woodland where jewelweed, mushrooms and black raspberries abound.
 
Creamed honey is raw and delicious, we control the crystallization process to create a spreadable texture.  It will stay the same texture unless heated.
 
The jar can be kept at room temperature for a spreadable texture or in the refridgerator for a firmer scoop.
