  • Curtido - this Latin American ferment is a refreshing alternative to pico de gallo salsa, with a blend of cabbage, carrots, onions, garlic, oregano, chili pepper flakes, sea salt, and cumin
  • Juniper-Onion Kraut - Sweet piney notes of juniper bring together the flavor of the cabbage and onions in this kraut!
  • Lemon-Dill Kraut - This sauerkraut will win over those who think they don't like kraut with cabbage that's mixed with zesty lemon, dill and garlic. 
  • OlyKraut - This Eastern European Sauerkraut is studded with caraway, giving you that deep, traditional sauerkraut flavor! A mix of cabbage, onion, carrots, apples, grapefruit, and caraway.
  • Fresh Fennel Kraut - This cabbage kraut is lightened up with some of our fresh bulb fennel and fennel herb. This has a pleasent sweet/salty balance - the hint of anise-like fennel flavor is delicious!
  • Kohlrabi Kraut - A delicious kraut made with shredded kohlrabi and a hint of dill.
