We use Bob's Red Mill Pizza Crust Mix for our gluten-free pizzas. The crust ingredients are: Whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain millet flour, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, potato flour, cane sugar, xanthan gum, active dry yeast, sea salt, guar gum, water, eggs, olive oil, yeast.

 

 

Pizza Descriptions:

  • Cheese: A whole wheat crust with tomato sauce, topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.

  • Mushroom Fontina: A whole wheat crust brushed with olive oil, topped with portobello and crimini mushrooms, shallots, caramelized onions, fontina, and parmesan.

  • Pepperoni Pickled Pepper (spicy): A whole wheat crust with tomato with sauce, topped with raw onions, pickled hot peppers, and pepperoni, topped mozzarella and parmesan.

  • Roasted Beet and Balsamic Kale: A whole wheat crust brushed with olive oil, topped with rosemary-seasoned roasted beets, balsamic kale, feta cheese, mozzarella, and parmesan.

  • Sausage Sage: A whole wheat crust with tomato sauce, topped with sausage, sage, caramelized onions, Kalamata olives, mozzarella, and parmesan.

  • The Great 'Scape: A whole wheat crust with garlic scape pesto topped with roasted garlic, garlic scapes, red onion rings, mozzerella and parmesean.
