Our delicious brick oven pizzas, par-baked and frozen and ready to be popped into your oven.

We use Bob's Red Mill Pizza Crust Mix for our gluten-free pizzas. The crust ingredients are: Whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain millet flour, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, potato flour, cane sugar, xanthan gum, active dry yeast, sea salt, guar gum, water, eggs, olive oil, yeast.

 

Pizza Descriptions:

  • Cheesetomato sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.

  • Arugula Walnut: crust brushed with walnut oil, topped with arugula, toasted walnuts, goat cheese, and parmesan. Contains tree nuts.

  • Mushroom Fontina: crust brushed with olive oil, topped with portobello and crimini mushrooms, shallots, caramelized onions, fontina, and parmesan. 

  • Pepperoni Pickled Pepper (Spicy): tomato sauce, raw onions, picled hot peppers, and pepperoni, topped with mozzerella and parmesan.

  • Roasted Asparagus Chive: A whole wheat crust brushed with olive oil, topped with roasted garlicky asparagus, chives, salt, black pepper, mozzarella, and parmesan.

  • Roasted Roots: roasted potatoes, sweet potatoes, parsnips, garlic, rosemary beets and caramelized onions, w/salt, pepper, mozzarella, and parmesan.

  • Sausage Sage: tomato sauce, topped with sausage, sage, caramelized onions, Kalamata olives, mozzarella, and parmesan. Sausage cooked in walnut oil. Contains tree nuts.

  • Spinach, Roasted Garlic, & Pine Nut: A whole wheat crust brushed with olive oil, topped with spinach, roasted garlic, toasted pine nuts, black pepper, feta, mozzarella, and parmesan. Contains tree nuts.
