We use Bob's Red Mill Pizza Crust Mix for our gluten-free pizzas. The crust ingredients are: Whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain millet flour, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, potato flour, cane sugar, xanthan gum, active dry yeast, sea salt, guar gum, water, eggs, olive oil, yeast.



Pizza Descriptions:

  • Arugula Walnut: A gluten-free crust brushed with walnut oil, topped with arugula, toasted walnuts, goat cheese, and parmesan. Contains tree nuts.

  • Cheese: A gluten-free crust with tomato sauce, topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.

  • Mushroom Fontina: A gluten-free crust brushed with olive oil, topped with portobello and crimini mushrooms, shallots, caramelized onions, fontina, and parmesan.

  • Pepperoni Pickled Pepper (spicy): A gluten-free crust with tomato with sauce, topped with raw onions, pickled hot peppers, and pepperoni, topped mozzarella and parmesan.

  • Sausage Sage: A gluten-free crust with tomato sauce, topped with sausage, sage, caramelized onions, Kalamata olives, mozzarella, and parmesan.

  • Spinach & Pine Nut: A gluten-free crust brushed with olive oil, topped with spinach, roasted garlic, toasted pine nuts, black pepper, feta, mozzarella, and parmesan. Contains tree nuts.
