We use Bob's Red Mill Pizza Crust Mix for our gluten-free pizzas. The crust ingredients are: Whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain millet flour, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, potato flour, cane sugar, xanthan gum, active dry yeast, sea salt, guar gum, water, eggs, olive oil, yeast.

 

 

Pizza Descriptions:

  • Cheese: A gluten-free crust with tomato sauce, topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.

  • Greek: A whole wheat crust with olive oil and mozzarella, topped with a mix of herbs, Kalamata olives, tomatoes, green peppers, zucchini, red onions, Swiss chard, feta, and parmesan.

  • High Summer Special: A gluten-free crust with pesto, topped with tomatoes, roasted sweet corn, fresh mozzarella, and parmesan. Contains nuts.

  • Beet and Tomato: A gluten-free crust brushed with olive oil, topped with roasted beets, cherry tomatoes, onions, blue cheese crumbles, and parmesan.

  • Mushroom Fontina: A gluten-free crust brushed with olive oil, topped with portobello and crimini mushrooms, shallots, caramelized onions, fontina, and parmesan.

  • Pepperoni Pickled Pepper (spicy): A gluten-free crust with tomato with sauce, topped with raw onions, pickled hot peppers, and pepperoni, topped mozzarella and parmesan.

  • Roasted Potato Leek: A gluten-free crust with a garlic goat cheese base, topped with pistachios, roasted potatoes and leeks, pink peppercorns, and a four cheese blend.

  • Sausage Sage: A gluten-free crust with tomato sauce, topped with sausage, sage, caramelized onions, Kalamata olives, mozzarella, and parmesan.
